Prices shown are for the villa per week and not per person.

If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week June, first week July), the rental rate will be calculated on a daily basis.

PRICES 2010: 

Please note: A damage deposit cheque for £250 is required along with your final balance payment - this will be held by us during your stay and will be returned to you in full within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear).

Extras:Private Dalaman Airport Transfers
These can be arranged for you - prices on request. All transfer vehicles are airconditioned. Payment for transfers is made locally via our management agent in Kalkan in Sterling, Turkish Lire or Credit Card. Antalya Airport transfers are also available - prices available on request.

Car Hire
Arrangements can be made with a local car-hire company, to supply our guests with a car. Delivery to the villa can be pre-arranged on a day of your choosing. Please ask for further details.  Alternatively, if you would rather hire a car from Dalaman (or Antalya) Airport and make your own way to the villa, please go on-line to search for the best deals.

Boat Hire
We can pre-arrange boat hire if required - the cost for a day trip for up to 10 people aboard a crewed yacht (including lunch) is around £100. Prices for a three day cruise around the Turquoise Coast (all meals included) start from £400. Speed crusiers are also available for hire at a daily rate of £150.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance as soon as possible after booking your holiday. Please click here if you'd like to arrange Travel Insurance on-line.

Please note that all UK residents will need to purchase a Visa on arrival. You will need to have a £10 note ready for each Visa purchased! EU Residents will need 20 Euro. Anyone from other countries will need to check their individual Visa requirements.
