Olive Tree Villa is situated amoung mature olive groves along a private road which contains around seven other privately owned villas. It is tastefully furnished and set within it's own garden and terrace area with covered dining terrace, stone BBQ, sunbeds & parasols. The villa also has its own private freshwater pool. Kalkan village centre and harbour are an approximate 10-15 minute walk away.

Because of the villa's elevated position, it offers spectacular views of Kalkan bay and the surrounding Taurus mountains. However, it should be noted that it may not be suitable for very small children or the infirm because of it's elevated situation and the 'open' spiral staircase.

Air-conditioning is in all the bedrooms and the open plan sitting room. All opening doors and windows have insect screens fitted and mosquito nets are above all the beds.

Dalaman is the nearest airport to the resort of Kalkan - transfer time by road is approximately 1.5 hours. It is possible to reach the villa via Antalya Airport, however, the transfer time is approximately 3.5 - 4 hours.

GROUND FLOOR:
Open Plan Kitchen / Breakfast Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, gas hob & electric oven, iron & ironing board, kettle. toaster, coffee and ample of cutlery / utensils / crockery / pots & pans. There is a small breakfast table (to seat 4) within the kitchen area and the kitchen door leads out to the BBQ area which in turn leads to a larger outdoor shaded dining terrace to seat 8 people.

Open Plan Living Area: The living area has a CD player, games and two single sofa/day beds (each with a full size single mattress). French doors lead out onto the garden area and double doors within the huge atrium windows open out onto the poolside terrace area. There is also a WC on this level and an ottoman-style seating area underneath the spiral staircase leading to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR:

Master Bedroom: This room has a 180cm size bed and an en-suite shower room & WC. It also has two balconies - one to the outside of the property offering beautiful views of both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and the other opens out into the glass atrium and looks over the inside living space.

Double Bedroom:
This room has a 150cm size bed and an en-suite shower room & WC. As with the Master Bedroom, there are two balconies with the same arrangement and stunning views of Kalkan Bay.

SECOND FLOOR:

Two Single Bedrooms: These two rooms are built into the eaves and each have a large terrace-style balcony (large enough for sunbathing) and spectacular views of the sea and surrounding olive groves. These rooms share a large shower room & WC in between them on the landing. Please note that these rooms have limited ceiling height and would not suit very tall people!
